Sherren Harter

Sherren Harter is currently the CMO at Freedom Solar. Prior to their current position, Sherren Harter held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Hanger, Inc. from May 2015 to September 2017. In their previous position at Green Mountain Energy Company from May 2011 to May 2015, they were the Director of Marketing and was responsible for the growth and innovation pipeline of the orthotics product portfolio through March 2016; transitioned to prosthetics in April 2016. Sherren Harter has also been responsible for developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing annual strategic marketing plans to achieve residential and commercial business unit goals. Sherren has also acted as primary brand advocate internally and externally and reviewed all creative for consistency. Sherren Harter is a skilled marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans that drive business growth.

Sherren Harter earned their MBA in marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business and their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.

Sherren Harter reports to Bret Biggart, CEO. They are on a team with Chad Preece - COO, Kyle Frazier - Head of Commercial Sales, and Mark Villani - Chief Financial Officer.
