Mark Washo

Mark Washo is a prominent figure in sports marketing and management, serving as the Founding Partner of Freedom Sports & Entertainment since 2012, with a focus on revenue generation through sponsorship and ticket sales. Currently, Mark holds the position of Managing Director for StartUp Summit Rochester and is a Partner at Flower City Union. Mark has extensive experience in academia as a Capstone Advisor and former Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, St. John Fisher College, and SUNY Fredonia, specializing in sports sales and sponsorship. Previous roles include Chief Business Officer for the Rochester Rhinos, Senior Vice President at Aphex BioCleanse Systems, and various strategic positions at Celebrity Cruises and Washington Freedom Women's Professional Soccer. Mark holds a degree in Marketing and Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
