Eardly Judah Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eardly is currently the Head of Marketing and Events Toronto East at Donnelly Group, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this role, they founded their own company, Eardly Judah Entertainment, in 2017. Eardly also worked as an Actor Model in 2016.
Before founding their own company, Eardly gained experience in various positions at Western University. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Supervisor/Coordinator of Mustang Event Staff, managing and coordinating a team of over 100 members for multiple events. Eardly also worked as a Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions from 2014 to 2017, delivering product and brand messaging in a competitive environment. Eardly served as a Communications Specialist at AOTC from 2015 to 2016 and as a Logistics Supervisor at LAUNCH! in 2015. In the promotional industry, they worked as a Promotional Representative at Niteschool from 2012 to 2015.
Eardly's early career included working as a Fashion Model at Ford Models, Inc. from 2009 to 2013. Eardly also had a role as a Host/Model at Lynden Park Mall in 2011, where they hosted YouTube video series and presented and modeled at fashion shows to promote participating store products.
Eardly Judah Jr. attended Western University from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a minor in Political Sciences. Eardly also attended Assumption College School from 2007 to 2011, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study from there. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Smart Serve from The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained several certifications in French fluency from Duolingo.
