Tanya Antoine

Tanya Antoine is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Freehouse Collective, previously known as Donnelly Group, since December 2021. Prior roles include Lead Line Cook at CANO Restaurant from May to November 2021 and Line Cook positions at The Walrus Pub from May 2018 to February 2020, and Spice Island Beach Resort from May to September 2017. Tanya began culinary training as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Sweet Tradaditions Bakery Cafe from August 2013 to August 2016. Tanya holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Management from George Brown College, with a focus in Business/Commerce.
