Vicky Anand

Vicky Anand is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in hospitality, currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Marriott Hotel Al Forsan in Abu Dhabi since June 2022. Vicky previously held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Le Meridien Hotel Abu Dhabi from December 2019 to June 2022 and Chef De Cuisine at The Ajman Palace Hotel from February 2016 to December 2019. Earlier in Vicky's career, experience included serving as Sous Chef at St Regis Hotel from September 2015 to February 2016. Vicky completed a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi between 2005 and 2008.
