Josh Young

Josh Young has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Josh started their career as a Copywriter at Margeotes Fertitta & Partners in 1996, where they worked until 2003. Josh then joined Agent16 in 2004 as a Group Creative Director and Copywriter, a role they held until 2009. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Creative at Mr Youth from 2009 to 2010. From 2009 to 2011, Josh operated their own Freelance Creative Advertising and Design business. Josh then moved on to roles as an Associate Creative Director at MRY from 2011 to 2014 and R/GA from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, Josh became a Freelance Creative Director and later joined AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. as the Creative Director of Brand Voice & Copy from 2020 to 2021. Their most recent role is as the VP, Creative Director at Suzy since October 2021.

Josh Young attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1992 to 1996. Josh studied English and did not mention completing a specific degree.
