Daniela Labus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Freeletics, a global fitness and lifestyle company with over 50 million users. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People Operations at Freeletics, where they helped develop tools for self-improvement and fulfilled living. Daniela also worked at Siemens as an HR Business Partner for Digital Factory & Process Industries and Drives, as well as at HolidayCheck as an HR Business Partner for Product Management and IT. Daniela has extensive experience providing HR advice, consultancy, and recruitment services at Siemens Personaldienstleistungen and NSN - Nokia Siemens Networks. Daniela started their career at Siemens as a Sales Assistant and Bid Manager.

Daniela Labus has a Master of Arts degree in Business (MA) with a specialization in Strategic HR Management in Europe from the University of Applied Science bfi Vienna. Daniela also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (BA) with a focus on Work Design & HR Management from the same university.
