Paul Rodrigues

Paul Rodrigues, P.E. has over two decades of experience in civil engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Freeman Companies, LLC since September 2012, Paul also holds the titles of Manager of Civil Engineering and Project Manager within the company. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Senior Engineer at Purcell Associates from January 2003 to August 2012 and as a Transportation Engineer at the Connecticut Department of Transportation from December 2001 to December 2002. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut between 1999 and 2001.
