Juan R. Pita

Juan R. Pita joined Freeman Spogli in 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Pita was a Vice President at MBF Healthcare Partners and a Senior Associate at Tower Three Partners, where he evaluated investments and held portfolio oversight roles across a variety of industries including healthcare, industrial and automotive, restaurants and telecommunications. Previously, Mr. Pita was an Associate at Bain Capital, where he was responsible for strategic and operational value creation at Guitar Center as well as executing growth equity and buyout investments. Mr. Pita began his career at Jefferies and Co. where he worked in the leveraged finance group. Mr. Pita received his BS in Economics, summa cum laude, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School in 2006 and his MBA, with Honors, with a major in Marketing from the Wharton School in 2013.
