Elizabeth Fretheim

Elizabeth Fretheim currently serves as the Vice President of Sustainability at Freeman Company, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Global Head of Sustainability & ESG and Head of Business Development at Nikola Motor Company from March 2019 to November 2022. With over a decade at Walmart from 2009 to 2019, Elizabeth held various titles, including Senior Director of Supply Chain Sustainability, where a comprehensive sustainability strategy for the supply chain division was created. Elizabeth's earlier career includes roles at ATCO Power Canada Ltd and ATCO Frontec, focusing on environmental permitting, stakeholder negotiations, and business development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary and an exchange program in Business Administration and Management from State University of Management in Moscow.
