Josh Lauer

Josh Lauer is a seasoned executive in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Roche Molecular Labs at Roche Diagnostics since July 2023 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Freenome since February 2024. Previously, Lauer was the Chief Commercial Officer at Ultima Genomics and held various leadership positions at Roche from 2008 to 2018, including lifecycle leader and area director. Lauer's earlier experience includes roles as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., Principal at The Parthenon Group, and Product Marketing Manager at Palm. Lauer holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.
