Omar Pera Mira

Omar Pera Mira has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Omar is currently the VP Product, Labs at Freepik. Prior to that, they worked at Meta as the Product Lead for AI and messaging. Omar also held the position of Director of Product at Kustomer before it was acquired by Meta. Omar was the CEO and Co-founder of Reply.ai, which was later acquired by Kustomer. Omar co-founded Perops, a profitable and bootstrapped company that spun off from Reply.ai. Earlier in their career, Omar worked as an Engineering Manager at Pixable and as a Tech Lead and Software Engineer at CERN. Omar also held roles as a Research Software Engineer at the University of Bremen and as a Software Engineer Intern at both Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and the European Bioinformatics Institute.

From 2005 to 2010, Omar Pera Mira attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science.
