Ranjiv Gupta

Ranjiv Gupta, Ph.D., P.E., is a seasoned professional in geotechnical engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Tailings & Water at Freeport-McMoRan since 2017. Prior experience includes roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at Arizona State University and as a Project Engineer with Geosyntec Consultants from 2010 to 2017. Ranjiv Gupta holds a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering, specifically in Geosynthetics and Geoenvironmental Engineering, from The University of Texas at Austin, an M.Tech in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a BE in Civil Engineering (Hons) from Punjab Engineering College.
