Tracy Bame has extensive experience in community engagement and social performance. Currently serving as the Director of Social Performance and President of the Freeport-McMoRan Foundation since November 1997, Tracy has significantly contributed to the company's social initiatives. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Manager of Community Affairs at American Express from 1991 to 1997. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and has furthered professional expertise at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
