Brad Endres, P.E. has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Brad started their career in 1995 with the US Army Corps of Engineers, where they served in various roles including Lieutenant Colonel, Design Engineer, and Division Engineer. In 2004, they joined the US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, where they worked as a Project Engineer and Contracting Officer's Representative on dredging and port construction projects. Brad then served as the Deputy Area Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, where they executed construction contract management for the Arizona/Nevada Area Office. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Combat & Logistics Advisor for the US Army, providing training and assistance to the Iraqi Army Brigade. In 2012, they became the Deputy Commander at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, responsible for the overall management of military construction and civil works projects. Brad later joined the United States Department of Defense as a Facilities Engineer before moving to Jacobs Engineering Group as a Design Project Manager in the Federal/DoD sector. Currently, Brad is working at Freese and Nichols as a Federal Project/Program Manager, overseeing various projects.

Brad Endres, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. In 1999, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Between 2002 to 2003, they completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Water Resources Engineering at Texas A&M University.

In addition to their formal education, Brad Endres has obtained several certifications. Brad became a Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, in December 2007. In August 2003, they also achieved a Business Certificate from the Mays College of Business at Texas A&M University.
