Caleb Barlow, P.E. has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Package Handler at FedEx Express. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Subcontractor at CB Services, where they managed landscaping projects and assisted in various tasks. In 2015, Caleb joined Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as an Airport Development and Engineering Board Intern, supporting the project management team. Later that year, they moved to Freese and Nichols, where they worked as an MEP Intern, supporting engineers and senior design staff with project drawings and coordination. In 2017, they became a Mechanical Engineer at Freese and Nichols, responsible for designing HVAC systems and performing heating and cooling load calculations for various projects.

Caleb Barlow, P.E. earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Tarrant County College, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Caleb Barlow has also acquired several certifications. Caleb became a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from the Association of Energy Engineers in September 2021. Furthermore, they earned the Professional Engineer (PE) designation from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in August 2021.
