David Cross

David Cross has worked at several companies over the years, starting with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation in 1989. David began as an Engineering Student/Engineer Intern and eventually worked their way up to Engineering Manager before leaving in 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they served as the City Engineer for the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma. After that, they joined Tetra Tech as the Transportation/Stormwater Group Manager from 2006 to 2012. In 2013, David worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at URS Corporation before moving on to McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 2014. At McClelland, they held the position of Tulsa Area Branch Manager until April 2022. Currently, David is employed as an Engineer VI at Freese and Nichols, starting in May 2022.

David Cross attended Okeene High School from 1981 to 1985 and earned their H.S. Diploma. David then pursued their undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
