Estella Cota-Treviño, P.E. has work experience as an Engineer IV at Freese and Nichols since August 2013. Prior to that, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin.

Estella Cota-Treviño, P.E. pursued their education beginning in 2008 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Estella later attended Southern Methodist University from 2016 to 2018 and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sustainability and Development.
