Kelsey Calvez

Kelsey Calvez has a diverse work experience in the environmental field and GIS analysis. Kelsey started their career at Spirit Environmental as a Technical Specialist in July 2015 and worked there until August 2016. In September 2016, they joined Freese and Nichols as an Environmental Scientist and GIS Analyst. In this role, they worked on various environmental projects and also managed projects as an Environmental Project Manager and Senior GIS Analyst. Kelsey'scurrent position at Freese and Nichols started in September 2021.

Before that, Kelsey worked at the College of Geosciences, Texas A&M University, where they had multiple roles. As an Undergraduate Researcher, they extensively researched the Texas A&M University On-Campus Dining System to analyze food insecurity. Kelsey also assisted in creating surveys and conducting interviews with campus dining officials and faculty. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Lead Employee in the Division of Finance, where they interviewed and trained new student employees and assisted with daily operations.
