Kevin Johnson

Kevin Johnson, P.E., has been with Freese and Nichols since January 2000, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for Technical Operations across multiple divisions in North Texas, Central Texas, Central Plains, and the Western US. Previously held the role of North Texas Division Manager overseeing offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Frisco, Denton, Lubbock, and El Paso, along with roles as PMCM/Facilities/Energy Division Manager, Principal/Vice President, and Project Engineer/Project Manager. Since September 2019, Kevin Johnson has contributed to Texas Tech University's Edward E. Whitacre, Jr. College of Engineering as Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering Advisory Council. Additionally, Kevin Johnson has served as Chairman and Member of the Parks and Recreation Board for the City of Rockwall from May 2018 to August 2024. Kevin Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, graduating in 1999.
