Liting Tao Pe, Cfm

Liting Tao has a diverse background in engineering with experience in stormwater management, drainage system design, project management, and modeling. They are currently working as a Stormwater Engineer at Freese and Nichols since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at infraTECH Engineers & Innovators, LLC from 2021 to 2022, where they were involved in drainage system design for a roadway expansion project and multiple local drainage projects. Liting also worked as an Engineer III at Dannenbaum Engineering from 2019 to 2021, where they performed H&H engineering tasks for flood management projects. Before that, they served as an Assistant Engineer at CivilTech Engineering from 2018 to 2019, focusing on roadway drainage analysis. Their work experience also includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2018, where they conducted feasibility studies and built models related to stormwater management. Liting's earlier experience includes senior design work and participation in the EPA Campus Rainworks Challenge during their time at Colorado State University from 2015 to 2016.

Liting Tao, PE, CFM completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Water Resources Engineering from Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Liting obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University, studying from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Liting Tao is a Certified Floodplain Manager, having achieved this certification from the Texas Floodplain Management Association in February 2020.
