Mahsa Hedayati Ph.D., Pe

Mahsa Hedayati, PhD, PE has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering and project management. Mahsa most recently worked at Freese and Nichols as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Project Manager, beginning in 2020. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at CMJ Engineering Inc from 2019 to 2020. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a Project Manager and Geotechnical Engineer at Alpha Testing, Inc. In addition to their industry experience, they have also worked in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2015 to 2018. Mahsa began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington from 2011 to 2014, and previously worked as a Structural Engineer at Sazeh Consultants from 2008 to 2011. Mahsa also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tehran from 2007 to 2010, and as a Staff Engineer at Mahab Ghodss Consulting Engineering Company from 2007 to 2008. Mahsa Hedayati holds a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Mahsa Hedayati, PhD, PE obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Tehran, from 2007 to 2010. Mahsa then continued their education at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geotechnical Engineering from 2011 to 2014.
