Naveen Chillara

Naveen Chillara, P.E. is an experienced water resources project manager with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as an Associate and Senior Water Resources Project Manager at Freese and Nichols since August 2018, Naveen previously held the position of Water Resources Team Leader at AECOM from August 2015 to August 2018. Prior to this, roles included Associate Director at URS Corporation, Water Resources Group Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Engineer at the same company from October 2006 to August 2015, and Project Engineer at Shaw Coastal from 2001 to October 2006. Naveen began the professional journey as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of New Orleans from August 1999 to July 2001. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's in Technology, Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
