Phillip Todd

Phillip Todd has extensive experience in business development and environmental management. Phillip currently serves as a Senior Project Coordinator and Environmental Business Development professional at Freese and Nichols. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant for Construction and Environmental Opportunities at Todd Group. Phillip also held roles in business development at North State Environmental, Atlantic Reefmaker, and River Works, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Phillip served as the Vice President of the Environmental Division and later as the Environmental Division Manager at SEPI Engineering Group. During their time there, they demonstrated exceptional team leadership and successfully doubled the number of Environmental Team members while increasing revenue. Phillip played a key role in winning significant contracts, including a five-year, $4 million contract with the US Army Corp of Engineers.

Before their work at SEPI Engineering Group, Phillip worked as an Environmental Supervisor at the NC Department of Transportation. Overall, they have a successful track record in business development and environmental management, with a focus on building client relationships and strategic planning.

Phillip Todd pursued their education at North Carolina State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Phillip attended the university from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1998 to 2002, Phillip Todd also pursued a Master of Public Administration at North Carolina State University.
