David Carter

David Carter is an experienced tradesman with a strong background in electrical and carpentry work. Currently serving as an Electrician Apprentice at Freestate Electric since October 2022, David Carter has honed skills in measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit, as well as troubleshooting wiring issues. Prior to this role, David Carter worked as an Apprentice Carpenter at Blackwood of DC, LLC, specializing in concrete form building, and gained valuable experience as a Carpenter Helper at ReSet Staffing, Inc., where responsibilities included remodeling Home Depot locations. David Carter’s education includes ongoing training through the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee and previous certifications in help desk support from Career Technical Institute, along with attendance at institutions such as ABC Craftmasters Academy and Morgan State University.
