Sharnicia Dotson is an experienced educator and administrator with a background in both teaching and online learning. As an Elementary School Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools since August 2019, Sharnicia has developed a strong foundation in curriculum delivery. Concurrently, in the role of Director of Online Learning at Freestyle Language Center, responsibilities have included creating an online platform for language courses, training faculty, and implementing marketing strategies. Previous positions at St. Edward's University involved managing recognized organizations, coordinating orientations, and enhancing student engagement. Sharnicia holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Edward's University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Catholic University of Korea.
