Sharonda Lipscomb

Sharonda Lipscomb, PhD, serves as the Director of Online Learning at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a position held since 2010, while also acting as an Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Education, developing and teaching courses in the Learning Systems Technology Education Online Masters Program. With extensive experience in instructional design, Sharonda has held roles such as Interim Director of Online Learning and Instructional Design & Quality Assurance Coordinator, focusing on collaboration with faculty to create high-quality online courses. Educational credentials include a PhD in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas, along with two Master’s degrees in Adult Education and Learning Systems Technology Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the same institution.
