Emily Cullinan has a diverse work experience timeline. Emily began their career as a Retail Support Intern at Krochet Kids International in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Corporate Sales Intern at Robert Graham Designs and then went on to be a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Charles River Apparel. In 2016, they joined EYEMAGINE as a Marketing Specialist and later became a Marketing Strategy Manager. From 2017 to 2019, Emily held the position of Marketing Director at both Denise Morrison Interiors and House of Morrison. Emily then transitioned to Big Think and served as the Director of Community Engagement. In 2019, they joined Freethink as a Growth Marketing Manager and later became the Community Engagement Editor. Currently, they hold the role of Managing Director, Community and Brand Marketing at both Freethink and Big Think, starting in March 2023.

From 2011 to 2015, they attended Marist College and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business and Advertising.
