Allen Proithis

Allen Proithis is the current director at FreeWave Technologies. Allen has also held positions at Transforma Insights, FreeWave Technologies, and Nodle. From January 2015 to December 2018, they were the president of North America for SIGFOX. In this role, they were responsible for all strategic and tactical initiatives in North America for the company, including sales, marketing, finance, legal, network deployment, and engineering operations. Allen was also responsible for representing SIGFOX in key industry, media, and events.

Under Proithis' leadership, SIGFOX raised ~$310M from investors such as Salesforce.com, Samsung, Telefonica, Elliot Management, Air Liquide & Intel. The company built a global network connecting billions of low data devices while consuming minimal energy. In addition, Proithis conceived and implemented a plan to spin-out the US entity from the French parent company, which led to estimated capex/opex savings of $250M+.
