Heather Schmeckpeper

Heather Schmeckpeper has extensive experience in client service and support within the financial sector. Currently serving as Manager of Client Service at FreeWheel since July 2018, Heather has progressed through roles as Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer. Prior to FreeWheel, Heather worked at Cortland Capital Market Services LLC from February 2015 to June 2018 as an Associate in Asset Services, where responsibilities included preparing monthly reports and processing investor distributions. Earlier experience includes a position as a Personal Banker at Citi from October 2012 to January 2015, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Parkland College.
