Nicole Tragesser

Nicole Tragesser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources. Nicole started their career at TJX as an HR Professional where they recruited employees and implemented process improvements. Nicole then moved to Comcast, where they worked as an HR Leader/Manager, HR Generalist, and Recruiter, focusing on employee engagement, communication, and talent development. Later, they joined Comcast Spotlight as a Regional HR Manager and then as a Sr Director HR, where they built an engaging culture and managed organization-wide changes. Currently, they are working at FreeWheel as a VP of HR, leading international HR teams and driving people strategies for talent attraction, development, and retention.

Nicole Tragesser pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2000 to 2004. Nicole further advanced their education from 2011 to 2015 by obtaining a Masters degree in Adult Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
