Anya Cranmer

Anya Cranmer has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Anya is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at FreeWill since 2023. Prior to that, they spent several years at Alegion, where they contributed to the development of efficient and accurate video and image annotation services. Anya primarily focused on the backend platform team and gained significant experience in Java, Python, and React. Before Alegion, Anya worked at Blackbaud, where they played a key role in replacing a legacy product with service-oriented architecture. Anya worked on building a notification feature using Java backend services and Angular UI. Additionally, they developed tools to facilitate frequent, zero-down-time releases for these services. Anya began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Blackbaud in 2013.

Anya Cranmer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin between 2010 and 2014.
