Shaina Cordas

Shaina Cordas has been involved in a variety of work experiences since 2018. Shaina began their career as an Animal Care Intern at Chimp Haven in 2018. In 2019, they were a Sustainable Agriculture Apprentice and Tour Guide at Hana Tropicals. In 2021, they were a Senior Pet Adoption Specialist at the Jacksonville Humane Society, where they assisted in developing and planning offsite adoption events, vaccination clinics, and donation processing. Shaina also engaged and guided donors on shelter tours, answered guest inquiries, and helped match families and pets. Currently, they are a Development Associate at the Jewish Community Alliance and a Partnerships Associate at FreeWill.

Shaina Cordas attended Rollins College from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Biology and English. Prior to that, they attended Greenbrier High School.
