Sloan Gulliver has worked for a number of companies in various roles since 2015. In 2015, Gulliver began working for Betterment as a Customer Experience Specialist, where they helped scale and train the CX team while also launching new lines of business. In 2018, Gulliver moved to Booking.com as a Guest Service Specialist, providing world-class customer service for problems big and small. In 2019, Gulliver joined Just Appraised as a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist, assisting in all aspects of configuration and training for new customers. In 2020, Gulliver began working for Notable as a Customer Experience Associate and Senior Client Success Representative, assisting with all aspects of both B2C and B2B side servicing and growth. Gulliver is currently employed by FreeWill, where they hold the roles of Associate Director of IT and Support, Support Manager, and Sr. Partner Support Specialist.

Sloan Gulliver obtained an Associate's Degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Valencia College in 2012. In 2021, they obtained the Foundations of Project Management certification from Coursera.
