Lucie Williams has over 20 years of work experience in the field of HR. Their most recent role was as the Head of HR Systems Implementation - Workday at the Information Commissioner's Office. Additionally, Lucie has worked as a Freelance HR Consultant, Head of People and Development at Vista Limited, and HR Business Partner at Yorkshire Water. Lucie also has experience as a UK HR Manager - Maternity Cover at International Personal Finance, HR Business Partner at Europa Facilities Services, HR Consultant at Alfred McAlpine, and in various roles at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc. Lucie's expertise includes project management, stakeholder management, compliance and governance, and generalist HR support.
Lucie Williams completed their education with a BA(Hons) degree in Consumer Services Management from Leeds Beckett University in 1996. Lucie later pursued a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Park Lane College in 2003 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Leeds Beckett University in 2008.
