Megan Duncan

Megan Duncan has extensive legal experience, starting in 2007 as a Solicitor at Green & Co Solicitors until 2009. From 2009 to 2018, they worked as a Solicitor at Chafes Hague Lambert Solicitors. In 2018, they joined the Information Commissioner's Office as a Senior Policy Officer in the Digital Economy Team. In 2020, they became a Solicitor at the same organization, and later in 2023, they assumed the position of Principal Lawyer.

Megan Duncan completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Law from the University of Liverpool from 2003 to 2006. Megan then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law in 2006-2007.
