Anton Panteleev

Anton Panteleev has held various roles throughout their work experience. Anton started their career as a System Administrator at the Internet Center of Omsk State University in 2001. Anton then worked as a Network Administrator at Omsky Bekon from 2003 to 2005, where they provided operational support and implemented proactive monitoring solutions for the corporate network and IP telephony.

In 2005, they joined Mars as a Network Management Centre Analyst, responsible for smooth incident and problem management. Anton later became a Project Manager in the United Kingdom, leading a cross-functional team to select a replacement for the authentication solution for remote access to the Mars, Inc corporate network.

Anton returned to Russia and held several positions at Mars from 2008 to 2016, including Advanced Resolution Team Manager, Business Applications Operations Manager, and Senior Business Partnership Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, supported and enhanced business applications, and developed cost-saving strategies for IT services. Anton also led the deployment of a Transportation Management System and successfully relocated "Shadow" IT employees to the IT organization, improving service levels and collaboration with key business functions.

In 2016, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Business Technology Leader, IT Director for Medical Devices in Russia & CIS. Anton was responsible for business relationship management, IT strategy development and execution, and IT operations management. Anton developed and aligned a three-year IT roadmap, and successfully reduced costs and improved efficiencies for IT services.

Currently, Anton Panteleev is serving as the Demand & Delivery IT Director at Первая грузовая компания - ПГК, a position they have held since 2023.

Anton Panteleev attended Omsk State Technical University (OmSTU) from 1997 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology.
