Maksim Prokhorchuk

Maksim Prokhorchuk began their work experience as a Portfolio Manager at NIPIGAS in January 2019. Here, they managed the IT program for the construction site of the Amur gas processing plant, overseeing budget, risks, deadlines, and resources. Maksim successfully commissioned the warehouse accounting system (WMS) and an "EPC" system for construction management.

In October 2019, they joined NLMK Group as the Head of Project Office/Portfolio Manager. In this role, they developed and protected the IT strategy, managed the IT project program, implemented flexible and product methodologies, and launched and managed a program of over 40 IT projects and digital products. Maksim also built relationships with software vendors and IT integrators and managed a team of over 50 people.

Most recently, in April 2022, they joined the First Freight Company as the Head of PMO and operational efficiency. Here, they are responsible for implementing the development strategy for the technical unit and the group's units. Maksim also oversees project management methodology implementation and the control, launch, and management of IT and business projects. Maksim manages a team of more than 15 people.

Maksim Prokhorchuk attended Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) from 2008 to 2013. Maksim earned a specialist diploma in engineering specializing in automation systems.
