Isra Anabtawi

Isra Anabtawi has worked in various roles in the past. Isra began their career in 2012 as a System Admin Traniee at Kia Motors. In 2014, they joined Ooredoo Palestine as a Billing Engineer, and later became a Billing Sr. Engineer and a Billing Administrator. In their role as Billing Administrator, they were responsible for configuring and developing new products and services on the billing system, coordinating with other parties, and administering the billing process and its related operations. In 2022, they began working as a Product Manager at Freightos.

Isra Anabtawi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birzeit University between 2009 and 2013, as well as a Minor Program in Business Administration from the same institution. In January 2020, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
