Madeline (Hutchison) Christy

Madeline (Hutchison) Christy has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Madeline started their career at Quicken Loans in 2014, where they held various roles including IT Production Support Manager, IT Project Manager, Credit Policy Analyst, and IT Product Owner. In these positions, Madeline gained expertise in project management, IT operations, and credit analysis.

In 2018, Madeline joined FreightVerify Inc as a Product Owner. Madeline was responsible for managing the development and implementation of agile product development processes. Madeline also coached and mentored Product Owners with different skill levels, focusing on product management skills, prioritization, problem-solving, and customer feedback.

Due to their success in the Product Owner role, Madeline was promoted to Product Manager in 2019. In this role, they continued to enhance the product development processes and provided overall leadership and organization for increased workflow efficiency.

In 2020, Madeline's exceptional performance led their to become the Director of Product Management at FreightVerify Inc, where they currently hold this position.

Madeline (Hutchison) Christy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Albion College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Madeline became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance in November 2017. Madeline also received the Scaled Scrum Product Owner Certified (SSPOC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2018, and the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from the same institution in August 2019. Furthermore, they achieved the Pragmatic Management Certified (PMC-IV) certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in August 2019.
