Evan O'Sullivan

Evan O'Sullivan is currently a systems engineer at FreightWaves. Prior to that, they worked as an IT systems administrator at York Solutions, LLC from June 2019 to February 2022. In that role, they provided support to internal employees and consultants, troubleshot hardware and software issues, and contributed to York's employee onboarding process. Evan also administered the Office 365 environment, oversaw the continued functionality of York's Zoom Meeting Rooms, and advanced department organization by creating and utilizing a storage inventory tracking system. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they enabled York employees to work from home and continue providing exceptional technical support. Evan also propelled York towards becoming a fully-cloud environment by researching, configuring, testing, and implementing Windows AutoPilot/Intune as the new laptop deployment process/MDM.

Evan O'Sullivan's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology from Bob Jones University. Evan then went on to get certification from CompTIA in CompTIA Server+.

Their manager is Jeff Strickland, Director of DevOps and IT Systems. They work with Bryce Long - Site Reliability Engineer, Michael Finn - Senior Information Security Officer, and Brandon Bunce - Systems Engineer.
