Vsevolod Martynov

Vsevolod Martynov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vsevolod began their career working at Moscow Exchange, MICEX as a Clearing Futures Department Expert from October 1995 to September 1998. Vsevolod then worked at TehProgressAliance LLC as a Sales Executive from July 1999 to December 2000, and later as a Resource Providing Department Manager at Resursdorcenter LLC (ex. TehProgressAliance) from December 2000 to April 2002. After that, they started their own business as the Owner & General Manager of Teploservice-Lux LLC from April 2002 to January 2004.

Martynov then transitioned into the coatings industry, joining Gamma Color LLC. Vsevolod held various roles at Gamma Color LLC, including Sales Executive, Leading Sales Executive, Central Department Sales Manager, and finally as the Commercial Director responsible for Company Sales & Purchasing. Their responsibilities included sales management, sales strategy development, customer base management, sales planning, and leading sales teams. Vsevolod was with Gamma Color LLC from June 2004 to October 2013.

Following their time at Gamma Color LLC, Martynov joined Jotun as the Powder Coatings Direct Sales Channel Manager. Their role involved direct sales channel management in Russia and Belarus, as well as market research and analysis. Vsevolod worked at Jotun from October 2013 to October 2018.

Currently, Martynov serves as the Sales and Business Development Director for Russia and Belarus at FreiLacke | Emil Frei GmbH & Co. KG. Their responsibilities include market research and analysis, as well as developing sales strategies. Vsevolod has been with FreiLacke | Emil Frei GmbH & Co. KG since October 2018.

Throughout their career, Martynov has gained extensive experience in sales, business development, and management in the coatings industry, with a focus on powder coatings.

Vsevolod Martynov pursued their education with dedication and completed their Specialist degree in Company Management from the Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law. This educational journey took place from 2006 to 2009. Prior to this, from 1989 to 1993, they obtained another Specialist degree in Economics from the Russian University of Cooperation. These two educational experiences form the foundation of Vsevolod Martynov's academic background.
