Viviana Villa is a skilled professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at Fremantle Ports since April 2022, Viviana has contributed to the organization's success as a government trading enterprise and vital transport hub in Western Australia. Prior to this, Viviana worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CoreStaff from November 2021 to April 2022 and held supervisory and leadership roles at Crown Resorts and Aloft Hotels, respectively. Earlier experience includes a position as Deputy Manager at Stonegate Pub Company Limited and as a Semi Senior Lawyer at Bancaribe. Viviana holds diplomas in Business Administration and Management, along with Leadership and Management from Sterling Business College, and a Law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
