Francesco Boserman is a seasoned media executive with extensive experience in production and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Production at Fremantle since December 2019. Boserman has overseen a diverse portfolio of unscripted and scripted productions, including successful entertainment formats like "Mask Singer" and "Got Talent" for major networks such as ATRESMEDIA and MEDIASET, as well as projects for Netflix and Disney Channel. Prior positions include Head of Production and Executive Producer at Izen Producciones and Veralia Contenidos Audiovisuales, where Boserman managed both scripted series like "EL CID" and unscripted shows such as "21 Días." With a background in aerospace engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, Boserman combines technical expertise with a robust understanding of the entertainment industry.
