Lisa Woolford MSc CMgr MCMI FCIPP currently serves as the Head of Reward at Fremantle since August 2023. Previously, Lisa held the position of Head of Compensation at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP from July 2022 to August 2023 and served as a Senior Reward Consultant at MS Amlin from December 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Head of Reward & Engagement - Executive Director at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd from April 2019 to September 2021. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Loughborough Business School, achieved between 2019 and 2023, and a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).
