Baocai Jia

Baocai (Paul) Jia has an extensive career in education, spanning over three decades. Notably, Baocai served as a Retired Teacher and Department Chair at Fremont Union High School District from August 2001 until retirement. Prior to this role, Baocai worked as a Teacher on Special Assignment at San Francisco Unified School District from August 1995 to July 2001 and held teaching and leadership positions at Shandong Experimental High School from January 1982 to July 1995. Baocai's academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Mary's College of California, as well as multiple master's degrees in Chinese Language and Literature and Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University. Baocai also earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Qufu Normal University.
