Ruth Summerfield

Ruth Summerfield is an accomplished Programme Coordinator currently with Croix-Rouge française since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in programme management and funding from previous roles at Medair, where Ruth served as Interim Programme Funding Manager and Programme Funding Manager. Ruth's background also includes significant contributions as a Vulnerable Syrian Refugee Resettlement Key Worker at Upbeat Communities and as a Refugee Outreach and Inclusion Officer at St.Pauls Church and the Foundry. Additional experience encompasses leadership in disaster response as a Team Leader for All Hands and Hearts, an internship focused on Roma community research with One Collective, and roles in administration. Ruth holds a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Exeter and has completed A Levels in various subjects at Bassaleg School and Sixth Form.
