Agathe Pavia

Agathe Pavia has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Agathe is currently the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at FrenchFounders, a business platform for the French-speaking community. In this role, they facilitate connections and business exchanges among community members. Prior to this, Agathe held the position of VP Product at FrenchFounders. Agathe started their career as a Project Manager at Cityvox, where they worked on diversifying the company's content. Agathe also founded and managed their own website, Carrières de Parents, which focused on the theme of parentality at work. Agathe has also worked in the retail industry as the Founder and COO of instore.digital, a startup providing in-store data analysis software. Additionally, they have experience as a freelance contractor in product management and QA & usability testing. Throughout their career, Agathe has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a passion for product development and community building.

Agathe Pavia completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Lycée Thiers and earned a Baccalauréat série S degree. Following that, they enrolled at Lycée Charles Péguy from 2002 to 2004, where they attained a BTS Tourisme AGTL degree. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued their studies at KEDGE Business School, obtaining a Master ESC degree in Marketing and Management.
