Nais Lopez, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager and International Recruiter at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club since July 2021, overseeing J1 and H2B visa processes, including recruitment and logistical arrangements. Previously, from April 2019 to May 2021, Nais worked in Human Resources at the Martin County School District, assisting applicants with the online application process and addressing inquiries. Prior experience includes a role as Food & Beverage Manager with HR Management responsibilities at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa from March 2010 to November 2018, where Nais supported hiring and training processes and managed coaching documentation. Nais holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indian River State College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Palm Beach State College.
