Gerton Arts

Gerton Arts has a extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as a Production Manager at Philips Display Components Eindhoven. Gerton then held various roles at Omron Europe B.V. Den Bosch, including Engineering Manager and Operations Manager. In 2004, they joined Philips Lighting B.V. Eindhoven as an Improvement Manager Operations and later became the Global Quality Director for BU Incandescent & Halogen Lamps. Gerton then served as the Plant Director at Philips Lighting B.V. Roosendaal and Philips Lighting Shanghai. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Plant Director at Signify Electronics Pila before becoming the Plant Director at Signify Turnhout. In 2020, they became a Board Member at Open Manufacturing Campus. Most recently, they assumed the role of Director Business Excellence at Frencken Europe B.V. starting in October 2022.

From 1988 to 1994, Gerton Arts pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, earning an MSc. Additionally, Arts obtained a certification in Integrated Resource Management from APICS in 2003.
